There is a charge of £12.50 per night for individual bookings. We are happy to provide accommodation at short notice, but it is always advisable to make your booking in advance. We can arrange a discount for larger parties that have booked one or more rooms in advance, please contact us for further information.

The self contained 'Officers quarters' which sleeps up to five guests, is charged at a flat rate of £65 per night. The whole Bunkhouse is available to accommodate up to forty guests from £400 per night. All facilities will be available to guests on a self catering basis. We are also able to provide additional catering services that must be confirmed in advance, when details and costs can be agreed accordingly.

All rooms are lockable and include a £5 returnable deposit for keys. We always advise guests to be responsible for their own personal valuables.

Hot water, electricity and gas are all inclusive. We will regulate the central heating with regard to conditions. A non-returnable deposit of 25% must be paid when the signed booking form is sent and the balance must be settled 1 month before arrival. A booking will be confirmed once the signed booking form and cheque are received and a receipt will be sent. Bookings made less than one month before arrival must provide full payment on booking the accommodation. Once fees are paid they are non-refundable.

 

Hafod Gwenllian is situated approximately a quarter of a mile from the main A470 and about 15 minutes waking distance from the secluded Roman Bridge railway station.

We have plenty of private parking for cars, vehicles with trailers, or minibuses, and also secure storage for bicycles. Please contact us for further information regarding access and spaces.
